About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join a busy manufacturing and fabrication team, working across a variety of metal projects for retail, commercial, and industrial clients. Operating from a large, well-equipped facility, the role offers the chance to work on high-quality, bespoke products from preparation to final finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and blasting as required.

  • Apply powder coating using manual and/or automatic spray equipment.

  • Monitor curing process and ensure correct finish, thickness, and adhesion.

  • Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards.

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all Health & Safety protocols.

  • Collaborate with the wider production team to meet project deadlines.

About You:

  • Previous experience in powder coating within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

  • Knowledge of preparation techniques, coating applications, and curing processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.

  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
