Credit Control Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client's Finance Team as an Allocations and Credit Control Administrator. If you're highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Description of the role:

  • Reconciling and allocating payments in line with KPIs
  • Liaising with clients to resolve outstanding queries.
  • Ensuring debit notes are issued within three months for unresolved queries.
  • Preventing aged debt over 18 months
  • Managing daily post and actioning customer queries efficiently
  • Ensuring no manual deductions over 90 days
  • Suggesting process improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance

About you:

  • Experienced in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and keen to pursue professional qualifications.
  • Confident and proactive in resolving customer queries.
  • Highly computer literate (Microsoft Office proficiency required)
  • Holds GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English (Grade C or above)
