SF Recruitment is working with a well-established, family-run manufacturer in South Leicestershire who are experiencing strong growth and expanding their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and proactive Marketing Co-ordinator to play a key role in developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy.

Joining on a part-time, temporary basis with potential to grow into a permanent role, this position would suit someone who is confident in a standalone role, enjoys a mix of hands-on creative work and strategic planning, and is confident coordinating across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage and schedule multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, digital)
  • Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, blogs and website updates
  • Maintain and optimise the company’s website, including SEO and product promotions
  • Coordinate new product launches and seasonal campaigns with the Commercial team
  • Oversee the CRM system and ensure compliance with GDPR
  • Monitor marketing performance and create regular reports and analysis

Sales & Reporting:

  • Support B2B and B2C lead generation via digital campaigns
  • Provide marketing support to the sales team including presentations and promotional material
  • Track campaign performance, website traffic and customer engagement trends

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a marketing co-ordinator or assistant role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
  • Creative, organised, and keen to contribute ideas for growth
