Alliance Personnel are seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join one of our clients based in Willenhall.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilise hand tools and tooling to assist in the setup and operation of machinery.
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and tooling for machine operation.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.
- Understanding of logic controllers is a plus.
Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm (37hrs per week)
