Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, manage, and support the organisation's IT infrastructure. This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions. The ideal candidate will have experience across network systems, servers, virtualization, and cloud environments.This role offers a clear path for advancement within the company.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, install, and configure internal and cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., servers, storage, networking).

  • Maintain and administer IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points.

  • Monitor systems and network performance, proactively identify issues, and ensure 24/7 availability.

  • Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity testing.

  • Manage user access controls, security updates, and patch management.

  • Implement and manage cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS)

  • Create and maintain infrastructure documentation, procedures, and asset inventory.

  • Provide escalation support for technical issues.

  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux server environments.

  • Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).

  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or AWS Solutions Architect.


Work Environment/Additional Benefits
  • Office-based - Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5pm

  • 21 holidays per annum plus Bank Holidays
