We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, manage, and support the organisation's IT infrastructure. This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions. The ideal candidate will have experience across network systems, servers, virtualization, and cloud environments.This role offers a clear path for advancement within the company.
Design, install, and configure internal and cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., servers, storage, networking).
Maintain and administer IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Monitor systems and network performance, proactively identify issues, and ensure 24/7 availability.
Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity testing.
Manage user access controls, security updates, and patch management.
Implement and manage cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS)
Create and maintain infrastructure documentation, procedures, and asset inventory.
Provide escalation support for technical issues.

2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or system administration.
Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux server environments.
Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Industry certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or AWS Solutions Architect.
Office-based - Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5pm
