We are looking to recruit a Qualified Primary or Special Needs Teacher with experience in supporting learners with Additional needs for a Primary School in Willenhall.

The role will be to help to launch and run the successful provision of a new resource base for primary aged children with SEND within a mainstream school due to an increased number of children with SEND needs across the borough and constraints on pupil places available within SEND Specific Schools.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner with a passion for SEND and Inclusion, who is committed to achieving excellent outcomes for the students in the new Resource base, enabling them to thrive and be included with their mainstream pupil peers successfully within the schools unique new settling.

The successful applicant will have high expectations of them self, support staff operating within the resource base, and be able to provide a consistent, positive and nurturing approach towards pupils with Autism, SEMH and pupils with complex needs. The successful Teacher will promote adaptable and inclusive teaching strategies following tailored curriculum to support all round development of the children.
