Location: 4 Rowles Way, Buckingway Business Park, Swavesey, Cambridge, CB24 4UG (onsite)

Pay Rate: 14.50/hour PAYE
Work Hour: Mon-Friday, core hours 8.30 - 17.00 30 mins lunch
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting an Administrator working on behalf of a leading Asset & Technology Solutions services company.
As an Administrator, you will be the central point of contact for daily operations related to street lighting maintenance. Some other duties will include:

Receive and manage incoming calls from the general public regarding street lighting issues.

Accurately update and maintain internal systems with relevant information.

Log and track fault tickets for timely resolution.

Maintain comprehensive and organized administrative records.

Provide general administrative support to the maintenance team.
Experience
Previous experience working in a similar role within a corporate environment.
Requirements/Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing).

Ability to accurately record and update information.
