Description
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing clear financial insights.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment across the business.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost-saving initiatives where applicable.
- Provide support during audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience in the field
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and management accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
