Description
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial data.
- Provide detailed insights and recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Contribute to process improvements within the accounting and finance department.
Profile
A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
- A degree or be studying towards ACCA or CIMA.
- Proficiency in financial analysis or strong experience in management accountants
- Strong attention to detail and commercially minded.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills - ideally using large data sets
- The ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
