We have an exciting new vacancy for a Head Chef to join our team at the Airport Inn Manchester. This 138-bedroom hotel is conveniently located near Manchester Airport. Its proximity to Altrincham and Wythenshawe offers easy access by car. For added convenience, the Airport Inn Manchester also provides a complimentary shuttle service from Terminal 1, operating from 3:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

Your main duties will include:
- Manage and motivate a skilled kitchen team, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Plan and design menus that impress, from la carte dishes to large-scale banquets.
- Oversee the preparation of high-quality meals, ensuring consistency and exceptional taste.
- Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and food quality regulations.
- Efficiently handle food deliveries, stock levels, and cost control.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, professional, and confident Chef with strong leadership skills, capable of managing daily operations, leading the kitchen team, and maintaining budgets efficiently.
