As a direct result of continued growth, we are now on the lookout for a talented Marketing Manager to take the lead in shaping and delivering all marketing activity across the Group – both on and offline. This is a key position within the marketing department, based at the Head Office in Wilmslow, supporting projects across the North, Midlands, and East of the country.

You will be the driving force behind marketing and communications strategy, creating campaigns that inspire, engage, and generate results. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and deliver marketing activity for all live and “coming soon” sites to drive enquiries and meet KPIs.
  • Create quarterly media plans (on & offline) and manage marketing budgets.
  • Develop and execute site-by-site marketing plans, including launch activation plans for new developments.
  • Review and optimise campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure CRM activity delivers the right customer experience.
  • Manage the Marketing Executive and ensure website is accurate, engaging, and performing effectively.
  • Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to deliver accurate, effective, and timely marketing collateral.
  • Work closely with agencies and partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns.

The successful candidate will possess experience measuring and analysing marketing campaigns. You will most likely have experience with MailChimp (or similar email platforms) and website management experience using a CMS such as WordPress. You’re a natural when it comes to building relationships and enjoy collaborating with different teams and be willing to travel as needed (car allowance included).
