A brilliant opportunity for an experienced Planner to join a well-established town planning consultancy. They have a national presence and work on projects across various sectors such as commercial, residential, sport, leisure, healthcare, and public sector.

Planner Duties

Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals
Conduct site appraisals and planning research
Prepare Retail Impact Assessments
Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
Contribute to planning strategy development for various schemes

Planner Requirements

Relevant experience in a similar role
MRTPI or working towards
Retail Impact Assessment experience
A relevant degree in Town Planning or similar (RTPI Accredited)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of the various factors of retail planning; mainly in relation to promoting new and extended food retail outlets
Full UK driving license
