Profile
As a successful Head of Business Partnering & ER should have:
- Extensive experience in employee relations and business partnering within the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated capability to manage complex HR cases effectively.
- Experienced in working in a Unionised environment
