  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage complex HR cases effectively.
  • Experienced in working in a Unionised environment
