The Role: Account Manager (Employer Side)

We’re on the lookout for an energetic, people-focused Account Manager to join the vibrant team. You'll be the go-to partner for a portfolio of employer clients, helping them make the most of the platform while ensuring smooth, successful collaborations with recruitment agencies.

We know recruitment is a human industry. That’s why, while the tech provides the framework, it’s the human service and relationships that make the platform truly special. You’ll be central to delivering that – delighting clients with your attention to detail, responsiveness, and proactive support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a group of employer clients, building strong, trusted relationships
  • Onboard new users and ensure they understand how to navigate and succeed on the platform
  • Qualify jobs in collaboration with employers before posting them live
  • Communicate key job details to the recruiter network and keep them updated throughout the hiring process
  • Respond to recruiter queries, gather employer feedback, and ensure hiring progress stays on track
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and repeat business
  • Maintain clear, detailed records using HubSpot, managing both the Placement and Onboarding pipelines

  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with both employers and recruiters
  • Organised, proactive, and customer-obsessed
  • Experience in account management, customer success or recruitment is a plus, but not essential – we hire for attitude and train for skill
