Cover People is proud to work with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Wilmslow, who are looking for a dedicated Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This full-time, long-term role offers the opportunity to support students with ASD and ADHD, helping them thrive academically and personally. This role will be to start in September however we welcome applicants to apply who are looking to start immediately.

About the role:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, adapting learning materials to suit their needs.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons, ensuring every student is included and supported.
- Work alongside SENCOs and external specialists to implement personalised strategies for student success.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and motivated to learn.
