This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, successful business supplying essential services to both private and commercial clients across the region. You'll be part of a supportive sales team, playing a key role in handling enquiries, preparing quotations, and booking jobs using a range of systems.
Key Details:
- Location: Wimborne (free parking available)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm
- Salary: 30,000 per annum
- Contract: Permanent
What you'll be doing:
- Handling incoming calls and online enquiries from customers
- Providing accurate and timely quotations across a wide range of services
- Processing customer orders using internal CRM and database systems
- Taking payments over the phone
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks and maintaining high service standards
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Outlook, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Confidence using CRM systems and learning new software
- A professional, friendly telephone manner
- Ability to multitask, stay organised and work well under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude
