ROLE: Site Manager Multi-Category Food Distribution
SALARY: £33,000 £36,000 + Performance-Based Bonus
LOCATION: Wimborne (office-based)

With an emphasis on quality, compliance, and efficiency, they are now seeking a hands-on, proactive Site Manager to oversee daily operations at their Wimborne facility.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (core office hours, with some operational flexibility required).
DUTIES:
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Wimborne site
- Ensure full HACCP compliance and uphold excellent standards of food safety and hygiene
- Manage cross-functional departments including fresh, frozen, and deli
- Lead and support the site team with a visible, hands-on approach
- Monitor staff performance and lead on training and development
- Maintain operational efficiency through effective organisation and communication
- Actively participate in warehouse operations as needed
- Liaise with senior management to report on site performance and compliance
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will bring a strong background in team leadership and site management, ideally within foodservice, hospitality, food manufacturing, or wholesale distribution.
A confident, practical manager who can lead by example, maintain high standards, and motivate others is essential.
Experience with HACCP and managing diverse food product categories will be a strong advantage.
