Talent Guardian is excited to be recruiting for a high-performing business based in Ferndown, seeking a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Executive. Working from a modern office in Ferndown, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role is all about selling a high-quality service offering to B2B clients – through outreach, relationship-building, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to presenting proposals and securing signups. Success in this role comes from a mix of confident communication, smart organisation, and a consultative sales approach. Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, referrals, and strategic outreach
  • Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
  • Deliver tailored proposals and pricing packages to prospective clients
  • Conduct 50+ outbound calls daily to decision-makers across various industries
  • Achieve and exceed agreed KPIs in a target-focused environment
 We're looking for:
  • Proven experience in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (ideally HubSpot)
  • Team player who supports and celebrates collective success
