Talent Guardian is excited to be recruiting on behalf of a growing business in Ferndown for a confident and customer-focused Customer Service Executive. As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be at the heart of the client journey—reaching out to previously engaged leads, understanding their evolving needs, and reintroducing them to the business’s current offerings. With a consultative approach, you’ll nurture relationships, update CRM records, and help drive growth through warm, well-timed outreach. Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to re-engage previously interested customers
  • Complete a minimum of 25 high-quality calls per day to warm leads
  • Understand customer requirements and timelines to recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and manage follow-ups using internal systems
  • Respond to enquiries from waiting lists when new availability opens up
  • Support inbound enquiries during lunch breaks, holidays or high-demand periods
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets on response times, viewings, and conversions
  • Ensure all communications reflect the organisation’s service-focused values
Key attributes:
  • Previous experience in customer service, telesales, outbound calling or a similar client-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, engaging phone manner
  • Self-motivated and highly organised, with a proactive approach to follow-ups
  • Comfortable using CRM software and managing data accurately
  • Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
