- Customer Service background
- Make outbound calls to re-engage previously interested customers
- Complete a minimum of 25 high-quality calls per day to warm leads
- Understand customer requirements and timelines to recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM data and manage follow-ups using internal systems
- Respond to enquiries from waiting lists when new availability opens up
- Support inbound enquiries during lunch breaks, holidays or high-demand periods
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets on response times, viewings, and conversions
- Ensure all communications reflect the organisation’s service-focused values
- Previous experience in customer service, telesales, outbound calling or a similar client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, engaging phone manner
- Self-motivated and highly organised, with a proactive approach to follow-ups
- Comfortable using CRM software and managing data accurately
- Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
