Job Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract
An opportunity has arisen for a Registered General Nurse to join the School’s dedicated Health Centre team for a fixed period of 12 months.
The Role
Based in the School’s newly refurbished Health Centre, the Health Centre Nurse will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high standards of nursing care to young adults aged 13-18 years during term time only.
The successful candidate will be required to work an average of 31¾ hours per week based on a 2 week rota. Flexibility is essential as shift patterns will include both daytime and overnight shifts. There may also be a requirement to work additional hours to cover absences within the team.
Skills and Qualifications
- Paediatric nursing / practice nursing including sports injury experience will be advantageous
- Hard working and organised with a friendly and approachable personality
