Overview

Are you a commercially driven, relationship-led, sales professional with the ability and drive to expand sales? Do you have experience working with luxury goods—and ready to step into a more strategic, brand-focused role?

We’re partnering with a well-established, design-led manufacturer known for the national retail presence, they’re seeking a Sales Executive with a strong background in high-value consumer goods to help drive growth and deepen retail partnerships.

As Sales Executive, you will:

  • Shape and deliver the sales strategy across both premium & lifestyle brands
  • Manage key retail accounts and wholesale platforms to maximise performance
  • Collaborate and board UK agents—providing tools, training, and support to drive sales
  • Use KPIs and performance data to forecast, analyse and refine sales approaches
  • Act as a conduit between HQ and the London based sales office
  • Coordinate stock needs, pricing, retail events and trade show participation
  • Attend trade shows, new business presentations and other external events

You’ll need:

  • A proven track record in sales or account management within luxury or premium consumer products
  • Strong commercial awareness and a data-informed approach to decision-making
  • Experience in relationship management, sales forecasting, and retail performance tracking
  • Confident communication and negotiation skills
  • A hands-on, team-oriented attitude with the ability to take ownership and deliver results
