The General Manager will
- Report to the Director
- Implement the management structure of the hotel
- Ensure standards of procedures are in place for each team, ensure all departments are operating to the highest standards
- Establish a strong Food & Beverage following
- Drive the hotel forward to the next stage of development
- Be hands on when need be and lead from the front
As General Manager you will have
- Experience of being a General Manager
- High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail.
- A strong commercial outlook, determined to achieve results.
- Excellent customer care and focus
- Great Man management skills
You must have worked in hospitality, live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
