As the General Manager, youll lead a talented team across various departments, including Reservations, Front Office, Guest Services, and Food & Beverage. Your strong background in both Rooms and Food & Beverage, coupled with expertise in sales and revenue management, will empower you to drive financial success. You will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative revenue strategies, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure we reach our financial goals while cultivating an environment that promotes employee development and satisfaction.

This is an amazing new opportunity that offers a great package, with a basic salary of up to £70k plus bonus potential. Relocation and accommodation assistance are available for three months to help with any relocation barriers.
