REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Administrative Assistant.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a background in administration.
As an Administrative Assistant your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Provide general admin support including communication, data entry, filing and printing.
- Provide project support to the company directors.
- Manage company document templates, inc. development of new ones.
- Assist with compliance document management and health and safety documents.
- Manage office supplies.
- Manage office calendar, holidays, and any project site visits.
