Part-Time Administrator - Winchester£27,000 - £30,000 (Pro Rata)Hybrid / 22-25 Hours Per Week

Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented administrator looking to join a vibrant and growing business in the heart of Winchester? We're on the lookout for a confident multitasker to join this friendly team in a key support role. With a flexible hybrid working pattern and a beautiful central office location, this opportunity offers the perfect blend of structure and flexibility.

What You'll Be DoingIn this varied and fast-paced role, you'll be the go-to person for a range of essential admin functions:

  • Managing incoming calls and enquiries with professionalism
  • Coordinating end-to-end compliance processes
  • Scheduling appointments and managing a busy diary
  • Handling ID and documentation for applications
  • Sending and managing electronic signatures
  • Overseeing general office admin and day-to-day tasks
  • Gathering key information from clients
  • Monitoring and responding to all enquiries

What We're Looking ForYou'll thrive in this role if you're a natural organiser who enjoys working at pace and can juggle multiple priorities. We're looking for someone who is:

  • Self-motivated and proactive, always one step ahead
  • Highly proficient in MS Office 365 (especially Excel and Word); experience with Xero is a bonus
  • An excellent communicator with a friendly and professional manner
  • Comfortable managing client relationships
  • Experienced or familiar with social media posting (a plus!)
  • Meticulous with details and confident following complex processes
