About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced 999 Telephone Triage Clinicians to join Emergency Operations Centres in Bicester and Otterbourne. This is a temporary position, initially for three months, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality telephone triage and clinical advice to 999 callers.
  • Utilise Pathways or PaCCs systems to assess and prioritise patient needs.
  • Work collaboratively with emergency services and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions.

Requirements:

  • Ideally Pathways or PaCCs trained.
  • Experience in 999, CDS, or 111 services is desirable
