Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our sales department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and orders alongside outbound quotes and inquiries
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email
- Call new and Existing clients
- Prepare and process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain customer databases and update records as needed
- Generate reports on sales activities and performance metrics
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Customer-focused approach with a problem-solving attitude
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service is advantageous
