A respected multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Winchester is seeking a skilled Senior Ecologist to join its growing environmental team. This role offers the chance to deliver a wide variety of projects across the region, providing expert ecological input that supports high-quality planning and sustainable development. The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, experience in leading ecological surveys and assessments, and confidence in managing projects from inception to completion. Knowledge of protected species, ecological appraisal, Biodiversity Net Gain, and habitat management is highly desirable. The role also includes opportunities to mentor junior ecologists and work closely with planners, landscape architects and other specialists.
