- Daily bookkeeping and reporting using Xero
- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Preparing and submitting monthly VAT returns
- Performing month-end duties, including accruals, prepayments and journal posting
- Revenue deferrals and cost accruals using Excel
- Supporting office admin and operational tasks
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Bookkeeper / Assistant Accountant / Accountant / Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant
- Studying or qualified AAT 2 or higher
- A can-do attitude with a friendly approach
- A logical and methodical mindset
- Strong Excel skills, ideally VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- Hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 from home per week)
