Job Title: Maintenance Operative Pay: £15 an hourTemp to PermMonday-Friday 08:00-17:00
Location - Winchester
Main Duties include:
Painting and decorating:
- Fixing or replacing door handles, tightening screws on window hinges, or performing other basic repairs on wooden fixtures and fittings
- Fixing leaks, unblocking drains, or repairing minor plumbing issues
- This could involve changing light bulbs or making minor electrical repairs.
- Making other general repairs to the building structure.
- This could involve repairing fences, paving, or other external features of the building.
- Keeping the building clean and tidy, removing rubbish, and ensuring a safe working environment.
