  • Annual Salary: £27,625 to £28,730 per year + up to £170 monthly performance bonus achievable

  • Hours 07:30 - 16:30 Mondays to Fridays

Reed Recruitment are seeking Construction Operatives to join our client's modern production facility in Micheldever, Hampshire. This role is ideal for those that have a background in construction, or manufacturing or those that have a keen interest in DIY.  We are seeking those who are interested in joining a progressive company that builds and manufactures high spec, prefabricated student accommodation modules.

No CSCS card is required as the work is not on construction sites but rather in a well-maintained modern production facility. This position offers a fantastic career path and development opportunities to learn and be trained in all aspects of the build process including carpentry, painting, assembly, basic plumbing, basic electrical work, flooring, and dry wall fixing, as well as supervisory progression.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist in the build process and assembly of prefabricated student accommodation modules.
  • Learn and apply skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, decorating, and plaster boarding.
  • Work within a team to meet production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Follow written procedures accurately and manage materials efficiently.
  • Adapt to a dynamic factory environment and contribute to all aspects of the production process.
