We are currently recruiting for a recognised IT Consultancy for the role of Service Delivery Manager. What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of IT services to support business objectives and exceed customer expectations
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential service issues to minimise disruption and maintain service continuity
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives with a focus on efficiency, quality, and delivering measurable value to end users

  • Strong track record of working with KPIs and SLAs, with a data-driven mindset and commitment to service performance excellence
  • Skilled in stakeholder collaboration, with the ability to assess service needs and navigate risks, dependencies, and trade-offs impacting delivery outcomes
  • Confident in communicating service value, features, and performance insights across multiple audiences to support transparency and governance
  • Experienced in collecting and actioning service feedback, embedding success metrics into regular operating rhythms including customer meetings, user sessions, and testing cycles
  • Committed to driving continuous improvement across service delivery to boost customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness
