Our client, a dynamic organisation in the manufacturing sector, is looking for a skilled?GRP Laminator to join their team in Horndean, East Hampshire.
Position:?GRP Laminator Location:?Horndean, East Hampshire Contract Type:?Temp To Perm Working Pattern:?Full Time (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
What You'll Do:
As a GRP Laminator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) components. Your daily tasks will include:
- mould Preparation:?Prepare moulds and apply release agents to ensure the smooth production of components.
- Hand-Lay Techniques:?utilise hand-lay techniques to work with fibreglass, resin, and gel coats, ensuring top-notch quality.
- Quality Checks:?Perform thorough quality checks on finished products, maintaining our client's high standards.
- Trimming & Cutting:?Trim, cut, and finish GRP components according to specifications, ensuring every piece is flawless.
- Laminating Processes:?Engage in various laminating processes, including wet lay, infusion, or vac-bagging, to enhance the product quality.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in GRP finishing or laminating
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
