The Role:

Our client is on the lookout for a skilled and ambitious Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. As part of their dedicated kitchen brigade, youll play a vital role in creating and executing their menu, ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and cooking a range of high-quality dishes for their seasonal menu
Assisting with menu planning and contributing ideas to keep the offerings fresh and exciting
Ensuring to maintain the highest standards of food preparation and hygiene
Managing your section effectively, ensuring all food is prepared on time and to specification
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, following all health and safety regulations
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations and stock management
Working as part of a close-knit team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods

Who Theyre Looking For:

A passionate and creative chef with previous experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen hygiene
A team player with a positive attitude, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
A strong work ethic, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
A genuine love for cooking, and a desire to grow and develop your skills
Experience in British or modern pub cuisine is an advantage, but were also open to fresh ideas and new approaches!
