Role: Edtech / SAAS Sales Manager

Location: Hampshire - hybrid working - 2-days in the office and home working

Salary: £60-70K + bonus + comms

Chapman Tate Associates seeks an Edtech / SAAS focussed Sales Manager to join this leading SAAS Provider out of their Hampshire based offices.

The role will be a player/manager opportunity where you will oversee a team of 3 SDR’s and marketing associates.

The role will be mixture of Account Management and New Business. My client ideally needs someone that has sold SAAS based solutions (not just products) into Higher Education.

They are flexible on where you are based but you will have to work 2 days out of their Hampshire based offices.

  • Develop and execute a growth-focused sales strategy across new business and existing customers
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious goals
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Support, and Operations to align efforts and maximise results
  • Optimise and maintain our Salesforce CRM to ensure streamlined processes and accurate reporting
  • Identify new market opportunities and track sector trends to build a competitive edge
  • Define and monitor KPIs including revenue growth, conversion rates, ARPC, and ARR
  • Shape and deliver account management strategies that increase client value and unlock upsell opportunities

Whats needed:

  • 5+ years of proven SAAS sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding your targets.
  • Background in EdTech is a plus, but not essential.
  • Ideal for someone eager to step up into high-value enterprise solution sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our local authority team to identify and cultivate leads.
  • Conduct online (and occasional in-person) meetings to engage decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Build relationships, win over key stakeholders, and secure deals to drive revenue growth.
