With a global footprint in over a dozen countries from the EU to an International stage they are now looking to expand their team with a New International Sales Manager offering a wide range of benefits and extensive world travel.

What's involved for the International Sales Manager…

  • Finding and reaching out to new business opportunities in line with our client's global goals
  • Making sales calls and setting up online or in-person meetings
  • Working closely with the Sales Director and overseas partners to grow the client base
  • Traveling across Europe around 8-10 days per month
  • Keeping track of how customers are performing
  • Working with different departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Promoting the services and strengths of the company group

What you'll need…

  • Ideally 5 years of mechanical / technical sales experience
  • Experience in commercial marine sales advantageous
  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively
  • Comfortable engaging with clients on a daily basis
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of individuals
  • Confident, professional, self-motivated, and ambitious
  • A strong team player who is also capable of working independently and using initiative
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
  • High attention to detail and a thorough, accurate approach to work

This is a Full time, permanent International Sales Manager Role, based on working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday but suited to someone that can be flexible
