Our client, a prominent company in the water treatment industry, is seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to join their team for work in Hampshire, specifically around the Winchester and Basingstoke areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising electrical work on water treatment projects
- Ensuring all electrical installations are carried out to the highest standards
- Conducting inspections and testing of electrical systems
- Overseeing cable tray installations and armoured SWA cable work
- Coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders
- Maintaining safety standards and compliance with relevant regulations
- Managing and mentoring junior electricians and site staff
- Reporting progress and issues to senior management
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical supervision within the water treatment industry
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- 2391 or equivalent qualification
- Holder of an ECS/JIB Gold card
- EUSR water hygiene card is essential
- Proficiency in working with cable tray installations and armoured SWA cables
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
