Training Manager Wealth Management - Salary c£80,000 DOE plus Excellent Benefits

Based: Home Based + Office Visits in Farnborough

We are searching for a professional and experienced Training Manager for a business critical 6-month Fixed Term Contract. Our client is a market leading Financial Services Company who are undergoing a transformation project to align two elements of their business.

You must be an experienced trainer with experience in working within a wealth management, regulated environment, and able to identify, develop and deliver appropriate training to high level Private Client Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Able to identify training needs, design effective training programs and develop engaging training materials
  • Proficiency with modern learning methods, learning management systems, eLearning platforms and interactive technologies
  • Experienced in creating structured and effective training programmes that align with organisational goals
  • Understanding of human behaviours and learning principles to design impactful training
  • Gravitas to foster positive teamwork environments and build a positive and productive training environment
  • Knowledge of Financial Conduct Authority, ideally qualified to Diploma 4 level and with experience in financial planning and pensions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and industry regulations
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating business risks

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Career training and learning and development professional with a bias in the Financial Services Sector (specifically financial planning)
  • Proven experience in identifying needs, developing and delivering appropriate training to high level employees
  • Fully Diploma 4 qualified ideally or with R04 and R02
  • Several years’ experience gained within the Regulated Financial Service environment - specifically across a range of pensions and investments
  • Well presented individual with gravitas and strong communication skills
