Transformation Training Manager - Salary c£80,000 DOE plus Excellent Benefits

Based: Home Based + Office Visits in Farnborough

We are searching for a professional and experienced Training Manager for a business critical 6-month Fixed Term Contract. Our client is a market leading Financial Services business who are undergoing a transformation project to identify training needs to align two elements of their business.

You must be an experienced training and development professional ideally with financial services experience, and able to identify, develop and deliver appropriate training to various levels of employee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Able to identify training needs, design effective training programs and develop engaging training materials
  • Proficiency with modern learning methods, learning management systems, eLearning platforms and interactive technologies
  • Experienced in creating structured and effective training programmes that align with organisational goals
  • Understanding of human behaviours and learning principles to design impactful training
  • Gravitas to foster positive teamwork environments and build a positive and productive training environment
  • Knowledge of the regulated financial advice markets would be ideal and ideally some qualifications although this may not be essential.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and industry regulations
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating business risks

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Career training and learning and development professional with a bias in the Financial Services Sector (specifically financial planning)
  • Proven experience in identifying needs, developing and delivering appropriate training to high level employees
  • Several years’ demonstrable experience gained within relevant MSE’s.
  • Well presented individual with gravitas and strong communication skills
