Our client is a leading contract manufacturer in the healthcare sector, specialising in high-volume production of advanced medical device consumables. With a strong reputation for innovation, profitability, and competitive delivery, they support global healthcare brands with tailored solutions across wound care, diagnostics, surgical films, wearable devices, and more.

The business is entering an exciting phase of growth, with a newly launched innovation lab and expanded R&D capabilities. As part of a strategic restructure, they are investing in client-facing talent to strengthen relationships and unlock new commercial opportunities.

Description

This is a client-facing role focused on Key account management, relationship development, and cross-selling across high-value contracts.

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships, overseeing accounts worth £2-3 million per quarter.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring service excellence and commercial alignment.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and support long-term contract renewals (typically 3-5 year terms).
  • Collaborate with internal teams including production, innovation, and commercial to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Represent the business internationally, with travel to client sites across Germany, Switzerland, and other key markets.
  • Support departmental development, contributing to onboarding, mentoring, and team growth initiatives.

Profile

  • Proven experience in Key Account roles within healthcare manufacturing or medical device production.
  • Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Comfortable managing high-value accounts and navigating complex client needs.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Based within commuting distance of the Hampshire office, with regular office presence required.
