About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various commercial and domestic settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and will ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently deliver project and maintenance tasks to specification, on time and within budget.

Diagnose technical faults and provide effective solutions to maximise performance.

Communicate project status clearly to team Managers/ Supervisors and Clients.

Represent the company professionally, maintaining strong customer relationships.

Manage your workload effectively to meet both client expectations and contractual obligations.

Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety standards and adheres to current regulations.

Typical Duties Include:

Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and systems.

Diagnosing and resolving faults.

Read and interpret technical drawings, and schematics.

Conducting regular inspections and testing of systems.

Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Collaborating with other trades and site personnel as needed.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience as an Electrician.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

The ability to manage workload and perform well under pressure.

Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.

A solid understanding of electrical systems and Health & Safety practices.

Qualifications

18th edition electrical and wiring

2391 Electrical Inspection and Testing Preferred

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations

AM2 Assessment (or equivalent)

Full UK driving licence.
