Trainee Mortgage Brokers: Office Based in SouthamptonNew Build Mortgage and Protection Broker Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert mortgage and protection advice, guiding clients through life insurance, critical illness, and income protection options.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, builders, and other professionals in the new build sector.
  • Assess clients’ financial positions and recommend the best mortgage and protection products for their needs.
  • Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and protection providers to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Stay up to date with new build financing programs, protection products, and market trends to provide accurate and relevant advice.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the homebuying process, addressing any concerns to ensure a smooth experience.

The New Build Mortgage and Protection Broker Package

  • Basic Salary up to £30k DOE
