Quokka Education is seeking confident and adaptable Graduates to support our partner schools across various locations in Hampshire, including Basingstoke, Hook, Winchester, Southampton and Fareham.

We provide comprehensive support, free online training, and taster days to help you enter the classroom feeling confident, prepared, and excited to get started!
What You'll Be Doing:
We offer a variety of roles, including Teaching Assistant and Cover Supervisor positions, giving you the chance to explore different responsibilities and gain well-rounded classroom experience.
- As a Teaching Assistant, you'll support students with their learning on a 1:1 or small group basis, help implement effective classroom strategies and build meaningful relationships that support emotional and academic growth.
- As a Cover Supervisor, you'll lead lessons using pre-prepared materials, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students stay on task in the absence of a teacher.
- Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Be a reliable and inspiring role model, helping students stay motivated and focused throughout the school day.

What We Offer:
