Job Title: Multi-Trade Operative (Voids & Repairs)
Location: Winchester, Southampton, Bournemouth & surrounding areas (occasional travel down to Taunton)
Salary: 24/hour (CIS, Umbrella)
Hours: 39 hours/week, Mon-Fri 8:00-16:30 (early finish Friday)
Contract: 3-month temp-to-perm
Overtime: Paid at time-and-a-half or double rate
The Role:
We're looking for skilled Multi-Trade Operatives to join our property maintenance team, carrying out work across the South coast. You'll be responsible for:
Kitchen and bathroom installations
General repairs and void works
Painting and patch plastering
Completing tasks from job lists on each property
Skills/Trades required (any of the following):
Carpentry
Plumbing
Tiling
Patch plastering
Decorating
General maintenance/handyman work

Requirements:
Experience across multiple trades
