Telesales
CantelloTayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Telesales Person to join our client based in Winchester.
The successful Telesales will be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls.
- Seek enquiries in for the sales team to quote.
- This will require working with 3 types of customers.
- First time calls, cold calls to introduce the company and see if they would have a requirement.
- Prospective calls, calling the existing data base of customers yet to use a service.
- Existing customers, to reinforce relationships for future business.
- KPI will be set as calls per hour, tickets generated an inquiries received.
- Working on a CRM system with a phone system linked.
The Telesales will have:
- Computer literate
- Strong communication skills and positive telephone manner
