We are currently seeking a confident, organised, and motivated Telesales Executive to join our busy and growing sales team within a well-established timber manufacturing company.

In this role, you will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, researching new business opportunities, and making outbound calls to potential customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monday-Friday (No weekends or Bank holidays)
  • 08.30am-5pm
  • Permanent position
  • Making outbound telephone calls to prospective customers
  • Researching new leads and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities
  • Accurately updating and managing our CRM system
  • Supporting the sales team with general administrative tasks
  • Meeting daily and weekly KPIs, including call volume and call quality
  • Building strong relationships with customers through professional communication
  • Working effectively as part of a collaborative sales team

Requirements:

  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Windows 11, and Office 365
  • Experience using CRM systems is desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach
