We are currently seeking a confident, organised, and motivated Telesales Executive to join our busy and growing sales team within a well-established timber manufacturing company.
In this role, you will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, researching new business opportunities, and making outbound calls to potential customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monday-Friday (No weekends or Bank holidays)
- 08.30am-5pm
- Permanent position
- Making outbound telephone calls to prospective customers
- Researching new leads and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities
- Accurately updating and managing our CRM system
- Supporting the sales team with general administrative tasks
- Meeting daily and weekly KPIs, including call volume and call quality
- Building strong relationships with customers through professional communication
- Working effectively as part of a collaborative sales team
Requirements:
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Windows 11, and Office 365
- Experience using CRM systems is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary between £24,000 and £28,000 (dependent on experience)
