We are currently looking for full and part time Support workers to work in a long-term complex care package in Hampshire.

Clover Care Group offers free training and ongoing support for all our Support workers, with dedicated Clinical support supervisors who will always be at hand. We strategically work with you to develop you career in care with ongoing professional development.

The applicant must have the following qualifications:

  • Experience providing personal care and structured support in complex care package/ private service users home
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential
  • Administering medication
  • Must have the right to work in the UK – we do not offer sponsorship
  • Confident in following care plans, including administering medication and monitoring wellbeing
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a wider care team
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable with a focus on building positive client relationships
  • Minimum 6 months’ recent experience in a healthcare or support role within the UK
