GSL Education are  currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant for a rewarding role in one of our Winchester. schools. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to gain meaningful experience in a supportive educational environment, particularly those considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, or therapy.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons across a variety of subjects, ensuring that all students remain actively involved in their learning. You will provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, helping them to better understand key concepts and make meaningful progress. You will foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence, participation, and mutual respect. Additionally, you will assist with classroom management to maintain a safe and structured learning space. You will also contribute to planning sessions and staff meetings, gaining valuable insight into the broader workings of the school. This is also a hands-on experience that will serve as excellent preparation for a future PGCE or teacher training pathway.
