Immediately available and open to a long term FTC? Experienced in Employee Relations at complex level and ideally had some Employment Tribunal experience?

Our client, a leading organisation in their field, focused on regeneration and sustainability, is actively looking to recruit an ER / HR Advisor on a 9 month FTC basis. The ideal candidate will have strong generalist HR Advisory experience, with a key focus on ER. The role will support managers on all people matters, particularly ER issues, so up to date employment law knowledge is essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience of developing, coaching and training managers on ER matters

• Confident to consult on a range of complex People issues with a proven ability to deliver against a range of conflicting demands

• Sound knowledge of Employment Law principles and current trends / recent changes, as well as People policies, procedures and best practice

• Strong time management, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills

• Clear communication and coaching skills with a proven track record of being able to influence and negotiate at all levels

• Ability to work independently whilst also working as a team, and remain calm, and resilient during times of change and pressure

• Experience of managing Employment Tribunals would be advantageous but is not essential
