Your new role

We're delighted to announce we're looking for a Senior Regional 1st Line Support Analyst to support, manage and inspire our fantastic 1st Line team to continue to deliver a first class service to our colleagues.

Apart from having the technical knowledge required to lead the team who'll look to you for assistance, you'll also need to be able to take a 'big picture' approach, learning from helpdesk tickets received and taking a proactive approach to put measures in place to reduce the likelihood of issues reoccurring.

You'll be working from our Eastleigh office a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.

You have:

Substantive experience in a 1st Line IT support role and:

• Experience or enthusiasm and desire to manage a group of talented individuals.

• Proactive approach to minimising failure demand in service, learning from tickets and

demonstrably reducing repeat issues.

• Effective troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues or recreating to enable appropriate escalation.

• Experience of Operating Systems, basic networking, software installation and configuration, remote support skills and IT administrative tasks.

• A team player with drive, passion and enthusiasm.
